How to order

It’s easy! Browse our online shop anytime, day or night and add the items you would like to order into the shopping basket. Click the item once to see it in more detail and to view the size options and availability.
Then simply go to the checkout to confirm your order and provide the necessary payment and delivery details.

Changing or cancelling an order

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make any amendments to your order as orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and should arrive with you within 2-3 days.

At busy times, during public holidays, please allow 7-10 days to receive your goods or use our next working day service for urgent deliveries (UK only).

VAT & Taxes

All EU countries will be zero rated for clothing.

Countries outside of the EU including Norway, Switzerland, USA & Australia, local duties/taxes may be payable at customs.

Out of stock items

We try to maintain stock levels at all times and most items which show an out of stock sign will be available again within 3 weeks or so. However some items are limited stock so may not be repeated in a season - so it’s best to order things you like when they are available.

Returns policy

We hope you love your Little Warm Feet Company products, but if you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased via our website within 21 days of purchase. Delivery charges are non-refundable - but if you require an exchange we will send you a replacement by via Royal Mail free of charge (UK only). Please enclose a note with your order number and/or receipt as we cannot issue a return without this.

We can only issue refunds to the purchaser. Returns must be unused and in a resaleable condition, with the swing ticket still attached. We recommend that goods are returned using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

You should receive your refund or exchange (providing item/s requested are in stock) within 7 working days. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.

Please note any sale/reduced items are non returnable.
